How to report an error
Use the submission form and choose Correction, or the 'Report an error' link on any article. Include a source link if you have one.
How we respond
Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are verified. The article's updated date changes and a note is added to the correction log below.
If a story is fundamentally wrong, we relabel it Debunked rather than quietly deleting it.
