Editorial Policy
How we decide what to publish, how we label it, and what we do when we get it wrong.
Verification levels
Every article, database entry and ticker item carries one of six levels: Officially Confirmed, Reliably Reported, Analysis, Rumor, Unverified or Debunked.
Anything labelled Rumor or Unverified displays a warning above the article body. We never present speculation as confirmed fact.
Sourcing
Claims are traced to a named source with a link, a source name and a publication date. Where our only source is interpretation of public material, we label the piece Analysis.
We do not scrape or republish copyrighted articles, videos, images or social posts. Third-party media is embedded from official platforms.
Opinion, reporting and sponsorship
Reporting, opinion, rumor round-ups and sponsored content are visually distinct and labelled. Affiliate and sponsored placements always carry a disclosure.
Updates
Stories show both a published and a last-updated date. Substantive changes are logged in our corrections record.
